Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Event" refers to the festival for which the ticket is issued.

  • "Organizer" means the entity responsible for hosting and managing the Event.

  • "Ticket Holder" refers to the individual who has purchased or possesses a valid ticket.

  • "Venue" means the physical location where the Event is held.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.

  • Tickets are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per purchaser.

3. Entry and Admission

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and may require proof of age or identity.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person for disorderly conduct, breach of terms, or failure to comply with security procedures.

  • Re-entry may be restricted; please check the Event’s re-entry policy.

4. Ticket Validity and Transfer

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Organiser.

  • Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than face value may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced.

5. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • The Organiser reserves the right to alter the Event schedule, lineup, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

  • Postponement does not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability and Risk 

  • Attendance is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. The Organiser is not liable for any personal injury, including those resulting in permanent disability, long-term health conditions, or death by misadventure, unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the Organiser.

  • The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from accidents, environmental conditions, crowd behaviour, or individual actions.

  • Ticket Holders are expected to act responsibly and take reasonable precautions for their own safety and the safety of others.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to weather, acts of God, or other force majeure events.

  • Emergency medical support will be available on site, but the Organizer does not guarantee the availability or outcome of any medical intervention.

7. Conduct and Safety

  • Ticket Holders must comply with all Venue rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws.

  • Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and any item deemed dangerous by security personnel.

  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

8. Media and Intellectual Property

  • By attending, Ticket Holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

  • Unauthorised commercial use of Event content, including performances, is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • The Organiser may use contact details to provide Event updates or promotional material unless the Ticket Holder opts out.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Vehicle Access and On-Site Movement 

  • Movement of all vehicles on site is strictly limited to a maximum speed of 5mph.

  • All caravans and motorhomes must be in a safe and roadworthy condition, with functioning brakes, lights, and secure fixtures.

  • Larger vehicles must be accompanied by a banks person when maneuvering on site to ensure the safety of festival attendees.

  • All vehicles must give clear indication when changing direction, including use of hazard lights or signals where appropriate.

  • Pedestrians have right of way at all times. Drivers must remain vigilant and yield to foot traffic.

  • Vehicle movement may be restricted during peak pedestrian hours unless explicitly authorised by the Organiser.

12. Drug Use and Wellness Policy 

  • The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found in breach of this policy may be removed from the Event without refund and reported to the relevant authorities.

  • The Organizer promotes a safe and inclusive environment. Any substance use that endangers others or disrupts the Event will not be tolerated.

  • Medical and welfare support will be available on site. Ticket Holders are encouraged to seek assistance if they feel unwell, overwhelmed, or require help.

  • Harm reduction services may be provided in collaboration with licensed professionals. These are intended to support attendee safety and do not imply endorsement of drug use.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to conduct bag checks and security screenings to ensure compliance with this policy.

  • Anyone experiencing or witnessing a wellness concern should report it to a steward, welfare tent, or medical staff immediately.

13. Digital Ticketing Platform 

  • Tickets may be delivered via a digital ticketing platform designated by the Organiser. Ticket Holders are responsible for ensuring they have access to their ticket on a compatible device.

  • Entry may require will require Ticket or digital pass. Screenshots or altered tickets may be rejected.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, battery failure, or connectivity problems that prevent ticket access at the gate.

  • The digital platform may include features such as ticket transfer, resale (if permitted), or event updates. Use of these features must comply with the platform’s own terms and conditions.

  • Ticket Holders must not share their ticket publicly or with unauthorized parties. Any misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

14. Respect, Inclusion, and Anti-Discrimination Policy 

  • The Organiser is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, staff, and participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, or background.

  • Racism, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any form of harassment or abuse will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes verbal, physical, or online behavior that targets individuals or groups.

  • Extreme behavior, including incitement to violence, intimidation, or promotion of extremist ideologies, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Event and referral to authorities.

  • Anti-social conduct—such as aggressive language, threatening gestures, vandalism, or disruption of performances or public spaces—will be addressed swiftly by security and may lead to ejection without refund.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior compromises the safety, dignity, or enjoyment of others.

  • Dedicated welfare and support teams will be available on site to assist anyone experiencing or witnessing discrimination, harassment, or distress.

  • All staff, volunteers, and contractors are expected to uphold these standards and will receive appropriate guidance or training where applicable.

15. Fit to Attend Policy 

  • By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder confirms they are fit to attend the Event and do not pose a risk to themselves or others due to medical, psychological, or behavioral conditions.

  • Individuals experiencing contagious illness, serious health concerns, or acute distress should not attend and are encouraged to seek medical advice before arrival.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who appears unwell, is unable to care for themselves, or whose condition may compromise the safety or experience of others.

  • Accessibility and welfare services are available on site. Attendees with specific needs are encouraged to contact the Organizer in advance to arrange appropriate support.

  • This policy is intended to protect all attendees and does not discriminate against individuals with disabilities or long-term health conditions who are safely able to participate.

16. Animal and Pet Welfare 

  • Animals and pets are generally not permitted on site unless explicitly authorized by the Organizer (e.g. registered assistance animals).

  • Where permitted, animals must be kept under control at all times, and owners are responsible for their welfare, behavior, and hygiene.

  • Animals must not be left unattended in vehicles, tents, or confined spaces.

  • Any animal showing signs of distress, aggression, or poor treatment may be removed from the site, and the owner may be ejected without refund.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to involve animal welfare authorities if necessary.

  • This policy is designed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees, staff, and animals present.

17. Child and Infant Attendance Policy

  • Children under 18 are permitted to attend the Event only when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over. The adult must remain on site and supervise the child at all times.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied minors under 16 will not be admitted.

  • Infants (aged 0–2) are permitted but must be cared for appropriately. Ear protection is strongly recommended due to high noise levels
