Vendor Application Requirements & Info

Craft & Retail Vendors: Must bring fully unique or metal/alternative-themed merchandise, adequate weather-proof setups, and evidence of Public Liability Insurance (PLI).

Food & Beverage Vendors: Must hold a valid hygiene rating (4+ stars preferred), relevant council registrations, risk assessments, gas/electric safety certificates, and suitable temporary catering setups.

Charities & Non-Profits: Must provide a registered charity number, clear educational or interactive elements, and their own basic stall infrastructure.
Our Vetting Process

Submission: Complete the short application form below with your details, product photos, and documentation.

Review: Our team evaluates applications based on quality, relevance to our audience, space availability, and overall festival diversity.

Selection & Confirmation: Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email with invoice details and contract agreements to lock in their spot.
