THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN: Your Friday 2026 Beermageddon Headliner Revealed!
The dust has barely settled, the mosh pits are still cooling down, and the faint, sweet smell of festival ale (and questionable tent decisions) is still clinging to your battle jackets. That can only mean one thing: it’s time for the most sacred Beermageddon tradition of them all.
Every single year, we hand the keys of the kingdom over to you, the finest fans on the planet, to vote for your absolute favourite band of the weekend. Whichever act captures your glorious, battered hearts gets summoned back to reign supreme as the Friday night Headliners the following year.
Last year, you glorious lot couldn't make up your minds and handed us a dead-heat tie, giving us the double-barrelled madness of co-headliners Symbyote and Kensei.
Well, history almost repeated itself this time around. The vote counters have been locked in a room with nothing but a abacus, a crate of stout, and strict orders not to leave until a winner was found. The race was so tight we nearly had to settle it with a "paper/rock/scissors" tournament; but after tallying up every last drop-dead vote, the decision is final.
We are thrilled to announce that taking the Friday Night Headline slot for Beermageddon 2026 is none other than DARK REMNANTS!
You voted in your droves, and Dark Remnants delivered a set last weekend that tore the roof off the place (metaphorically, of course, we need that roof for next year).
Get ready for a Friday night set that will obliterate whatever hearing you have left.
To make things official, we passed the baton over to the unstoppable Donna Hurd of Bloodyard, who has recorded a special video message for the Beermageddon family to break the news properly.

Well, that would be a complete secret that absolutely nobody is supposed to know about yet. So if you happen to spot a super-secret 2028 teaser in the video, keep it strictly under your hat. We definitely didn't tell you. Wink wink, nudge nudge.)
